Don't buy a used C7. Buy new. I was 25 when I bought my 1st Corvette - a new C3. I was earning the equivalent of $130,000.00 annually, so paying cash wasn't a big deal. Don't strap yourself to buy a used Corvette. Go new or wait.
Why do you suggest that? I've seen people say get a used model with more options rather than a newer one. I kind of agree. Let someone else take the depreciation hit.
I'm 22 now, but I'd like to get a fun car right away. No point in waiting in my opinion. So if I do decide to get a new Corvette, I'll probably get a cpo z4 now, pay it off over like 4 years and then get a new Corvette in maybe 5 years.
