Took my GS out for the first time in a couple months. Stretched her legs a bit. It's cold today... About 34 degrees or so and GASP! It started snowing while we were out!! Lol!

Kids just love this car. Had some teen recording me with his phone as I drove by and then later after exiting the highway, had a large lifted Dodge 4x4 in front of me with 2 kids hanging out the window to look at the car. Pretty cute

It's interesting how it doesn't necessarily take a beautiful picturesque background to make a great C7 photo. Often (as demonstrated above) an old brick wall, an old abandoned warehouse or even a weather-beaten barn makes a very nice photo.

We live in a very sagebrushy, high desert area, so not a lot of trees, etc. We tried to find a background with more landscape in it, but it was really cold and we couldn't find that perfect spot and didn't feel like getting in and out a lot.

Took an old back highway along the Yakima River and ended up in the county seat in Benton County, Washington state, called Prosser. I thought the hand painted sign on the brick was kinda cool.

Not a great picture of the car, but love the ship in dry dock behind it.

Default Wreaths Across America - Jacksonville FL

I was at the ceremony yesterday, brought the vette out today for some pictures with less crowds. All the National Cemeteries in the USA participated in a wreath laying ceremony to honor those who served and those made the ultimate sacrifice. There was moment of silence held simultaneously at all of the ceremonies at noon EST, 11am CST, 10am MST, and 9am PST. Many volunteers showed up to lay the wreaths.

Old Glory at half mast to honor those who served.

Another view of the grounds.

Angles of view. This view is the section where my mother and father are interred. The MIA memorial and flag are in the background center right.

Taken less than a month apart. Road trip to Maine in 16 Stingray. Acadia National Park was gorgeous. Came home and traded for GS on 10/26.
