Here's what I've learned so far: it is all about people, product and technique. There are many opinions and facts, but those three topics are the ones an informed buyer needs to know something about. Otherwise, you get whatever you get.
For me, I'm glad to learn of a new way to determine how to search for info. I absolutely admit I have no knowledge-lock on this "industry". Don't laff out loud: the last time I even thought about auto glass, the companies I knew of were LOF, Pilkington and about the only major retailer I saw was Harmon Glass. (I have been seeing Safelite shops for about the last 10 years as a retailer, however.)
