Default Interior Care

Hi Guys, what do you use on your interior (dash, seats, door panels, etc)?

I did a search but strangely couldn't find much on the subject.

Most use water, I prefer Aerospace 303 it leaves a nice natural look and provides UV protection.

A damp micro fiber towel, is enough as long as you clean fairly frequently.

Slightly off-topic, I used Meguiar's "Perfect Clarity" glass cleaner over the week-end (a gift) and it really works great.
No streaking what-so-ever. Always just used Windex or a generic version of it but won't any longer.

Does Mothers VLR leave a glossy look? I like the look of the black interior not to shinny. My last vette I used Mothers back to black but it had a high gloss.

For 25 years, I vacuum the entire inside, then use clean, non-linting damp cloths on all surfaces. My vehicles are gorgeous too!

You're soaking your interior with oil.

I'm new to 303, love it on the exterior trim, but is it ok on the interior also?

I use homemade detail spray of distilled water and a few drops of optimum no rinse, works great after wiping with clean microfiber cloth.

Is it the ultimate interior detailer, and how long have you used it?

If you like the regular matte look then the poorboy's I linked above is for you..that was the main reason why I picked it.

Yes. And a lot of forum members will ignore the recommended method of water. Any coating you put in the interior can draw dust and dirt like a magnate. I followed the recommendations of Tadge and my interior looks brand new.
