Most use water, I prefer Aerospace 303 it leaves a nice natural look and provides UV protection.

A damp micro fiber towel, is enough as long as you clean fairly frequently.
Slightly off-topic, I used Meguiar's "Perfect Clarity" glass cleaner over the week-end (a gift) and it really works great.
No streaking what-so-ever. Always just used Windex or a generic version of it but won't any longer.

For 25 years, I vacuum the entire inside, then use clean, non-linting damp cloths on all surfaces. My vehicles are gorgeous too!

If you like the regular matte look then the poorboy's I linked above is for you..that was the main reason why I picked it.
