Has anybody else failed to get their 1 year XM on 2 or 3LT/LZ cars?
This weekend my weather quit and when I called XM they said I only got 3 months free. Went to the GM site and it plainly states that 2LT/LZ 3LT/LZ cars get a full one year. So anybody else have an issue?

Same here. I only received 3 months free when I bought my Z06. Didn't worry about it becasue I never listen to their poor sound quality anyway. The weather and traffic was nice but I use Waze via Android Auto so again, not a big deal to me.

I've never seen anywhere that you get a whole year. 3-6 months has been standard around here. But it is all up to the dealer anyhow. They control the setup and free term.

I had the same issue, I had to stay after the dealer and Sirius to get it straightened out

The dealer I got my 2LT GS from didn't get it right I only was signed up for the 3 months. I called up XM and explained to them 1Year free with a 2LT car, they corrected it immediately and that was that. And the dealer wonders why I gave them a poor review (numerous other issues with the dealer also).

I bought a Z06 2LZ. Got an email from Sirius showing the expiration date for my trial period as one year from my purchase date. I'm not three months out yet so I don't know if I will have to fight about it.

Both of the Camaros I bought and the C7 came with 1 year. UNIXadm's Camaro only came with 3 months, but he called XM and they fixed it for him no problem. Give them a call and ask for the supervisor.

LOL. It's been over a year and I've never turned the radio on--don't even know how to do it. Got several letters admonishing me to renew at great rates, though.

Well, maybe not but I'm still not paying them a dime for their radio service.

I'm in the same boat. Bought my 2017 3lt in april and under options on the window sticker it says XM radion +9 addl mos. I called xm and they told me to contact the dealer. All i've been getting back from my salesman is that he hasn't heard anything back yet.

I received a whole year of XM on both my 2015 3LT and 2017 2LT. The window sticker of both say 3+9 as previously described, the extended portion part of the 2LT and 3LT packages. The 1LT gets three months.

The same issue has just happened to me, as I hit the 3 month mark on my 3LT yesterday and XM was turned off. The people I've spoken to at SiriusXM say that they have nothing to do with the length of the free trial and I have to speak to my dealer about getting the additional 9 months added.
I've called my salesperson and he said "that's never happened before" and it should have automatically been extended for the additional 9 months once the 3 months was up. He said he will contact GM about the issue and get back to me.
If I don't hear back from the dealer tomorrow, I will probably just call GM Customer Service directly.

I was given one full year free XM as part of the 2LT option. 2LT extends XM an additional 9 months over the standard 3 months. It states it on the window sticker.
