Default Recall number 18197

Got an email from my dealer. Said I had a recall to be done. Only info was a number... 18197.

I'll call them when they open tomorrow but was curious if anyone knows what this is about.
Thanks.

What year is your car? Your profile says 2013?

Not sure that is the right recall number... That IS the recall number for some GMC trucks to reprogram the air bag control module..but not for the Corvette.
There is a recall number to reprogram the air bag contol module but I think it may be another number. (17287)
I had the work done on my 2014. I did not feel it was urgent, but under the right conditions where the control module is running self-diagnostics AND you have a crash at the exact same time, the front air bags may fail to deploy... Takes about 20 minutes.

I have a 2017 GS. I did own a 2013 GS but it had nothing to do with my current dealer. Guess I'll find out tomorrow.

Turns out it is the magnetic ride suspension calibration correction recall. I had the update done several months ago...apparently incorrectly.
The correct code is N182160760.

Thanks for the link.
