Default Arctic White C7Z with black wheels and white pinstripe

Hey Fellas,

Thought I would share some pictures of probably the cheapest exterior mod you can do if you want a little extra on your C7. I didn't use any guide tools or jack up the car so it was all free hand. My first time attempting to pinstripe. I got better with each wheel so I'll probably go back and do the first wheel, passenger front.

Overall, I'm happy with $2.99 and about an hour of labor. First wheel took me about 20 minutes, then 15 minutes, then 10, then about 8 on the last wheel. I know the pinstripe isn't for everyone but I got tired of the black wheels blending with the tires. I bought both the 1/8" and the 5/16". The 1/8" fits perfectly into the existing groove of the C7Z wheels. Also, had plenty left over....you can see in the packaging that's what remains.

Enjoy!

Well done. I might consider doing that to mine.

Nicely done. Did you possibly think about a red pinstripe to match the caliper?. Just a thought.

Do it! Just be patient with the process and I would highly recommend jacking the car up and rotating the wheel. I’m sure my neighbors were looking over at me confused why I was laying on the garage floor and upside down 😂😂😂

Trust me I went back and forth...but I think the white is a little more subtle than the red. Both look amazing though.
