Best/worst C7 mpgs?
I filled up my car in Ramsey, NJ, put it in ECO mode, set the cruise control on my M7 @ 65 mph and drove it back to Chester, NY where I live. I think it was about a 25 mile highway stretch. By the time I got off the ramp in Chester, the computer said the car was averaging 31.5 mpg
What's the best sustained highway mpgs you have seen on your C7?. I think the car is good for 28-30 mpg+ if you use cruise control and keep speeds below say 75 mph most of the time.
Overall I tend to average 17-22 mpg depending on highway/local driving mix and how hard I hammer the car. I don't think I've ever seen it get less than 15 mpg on a tank. So for a full tank I guess the range I've seen is 15-23 mpg, usually right in between.
Curious about what others here have seen.

With my base 15 convert: Reno and return...30.2 mpg @ 50 mph average. 2506 miles
Bowling Green and return...31.2 mpg @ 55mph average. 6761 miles
With 17 GS convert: Las Vegas and return..27 mpg @ 53 mph...2790 miles.
Looks like the GS with a bit lower gear, bigger tires and wide body doesn't do as well.

6.8 L/100 KMs over 100 kms, on my way to a Dodge dealer to purchase my new Durango R/T
And i wasn't even trying... middle of a hot summer day last July, AC on, M7 and ECO mode ON.
For you Americans, that's 34.59 MPG over 60 miles.
I remember laughing when the GM service guy was saying it gets better mileage than his Cobolt

My M7 Stingray on a recent trip showed 28mpg, which included about 70% freeway driving at 70-75mph, and 30% mountain/residential, A/C off
I get around 14-15 for in town only. ECO mode seems to add a bit, depending on how heavy my right foot is.

Depending on wind and road conditions, humidity, etc.... I average between 28.xx and 34.xx at highway speeds with cruise control.
On Texas SH-130 the speed limit is 80 mph for the first 40 miles (traveling South), the second 40 miles is 85. I put the cruise on 85 for the first half, 90 for the second, again, depending on wind and weather usually average 26.xx for the entire 80+ miles...
I have 64K+ miles on my '15.... mostly highway miles....

The very best I got was when I first bought the car and drove from Fort Myers, FL to St. Augustine Florida in Touring mode and did not exceed 60 MPH and I got a best of 36.3 mpg. I've driven 12,800 miles since and the best I've got was 33.1 but that was in Sport and only driving 65 mph. Most long trips up the interstates I get between 28.9 and 31.1 MPG. Just my experience with my 2014 Stingray. BTW the worst I'v gotten was 17.6 at the drag strip. Actually that's not bad for 1/4 mile sprints!

This is my best so far, with the cruise set to 65mph and leaving it in drive (so that AFM would activate)

I would love to know what is different from my 2016 2LT Z51 from everybody elses Corvette. I set cruise control to 73 miles per hour and travel 100+ miles on the PA turnpike and only average 26.2 MPG. in that 100 miles. It has 5,000 miles on it and the outside temperatures were in the 70's. How so many others claim to get 32+ MPG makes me wonder?

Coming back from Spring Mt. Cruise on 90 through Nv and Utah, light snow and rain in Idaho so set to 70 (2 lane roads, 34 degrees), back to 85 through Montana, 75 through North Dakota. Got 27.8 overall for 1430 miles. I expect to get close to 30 going to Bowling Green in warmer weather.

My best in my '17 GS M7 was 25-mile average of 34.8 MPG. Cruising 80 in 7th gear in ECO mode somewhere in Indiana. Car had about 2500 miles on it at the time. Also, I had the Stage 2 Aero on it, so more drag than most - I have Stage 3 Aero now which will knock off a few more mpg.
