I doubt excess dye being rubbed-off from a rain-soaked seat cover would be covered under warranty. The OP doesn't mention the seat cover being stained or damaged, just his white pants.

What about the talk of the leather having a sealer on it so leather products are a waste because they don't penetrate the sealer? Maybe the perforated sections are different than the bolsters and the rest? Does anyone get red transfer on your cleaning cloths? I have the Kalahari and haven't noticed any transfer to cloths or pants.
I have one of those corvette towels but stopped using it. Looks nice in that pic above, but there is nothing to hold it in place on the bottom. Constantly have to readjust it after getting in and out. I have the gray one and started to notice the grey transfering to my Kalahari. Yes, I have washed it. I throw it on once in a while when I'm working on the car to protect the seats, but other than that it sits in the cargo area.

Any dyed leather will transfer color when wet. There is no problem with your seats. It is what it is. Hopefully not too much rubbed off.

seat armor. Leather, pleather, vinyl....all are painful to bare skin in a topless vert left parked in the summer sun; but thanks to seat armor, sitting is bareable, no burn. Or, let the seat armor take the rain and simply pull them right off over the head rests and sit in dry seats. Good bird poop catchers. Getting in the car with damp swimsuits on? let the seat armor absorb the damp. Keep them on until you get to the concours and pull them off 5 seconds before the judges come round. Dirty stinky smelly? throw them in the wash like the towels they are. Comes in other colors too:

I have the seat armor. It is only used for the ride home if our bathing suits are not 100% dry. There is no issue with them bunching up or moving around since we're not getting in/out multiple times with them on.

White pants, white patent leather belt with matching loafers, silk shirt unbuttoned to mid chest to show off the multiple gold chains and a big honking bejewled watch. This is what my friends and neighbors believe a Corvette owner dresses like.

Interesting... I have the Moulan leather too (1LT) and use the Meguiar's Leather wipes that are quite moist and I never had any of the red show up on the wipes.
PS: Hope your baby is safely in the garage; it looks like Moore is having quite a storm at the moment and we've got another one headed our way in Yukon!!
