Default Installed WickerBill style on my Z51 spoiler

I like my stock Z51 spoiler to look more aggressive so I added a Wicker Bill style. Installation was simple.

3/16 Lexan Polycarbonate

stock Z51 spoiler

taped spoiler to prevent scratches

lined up Wicker Bill & taped it down

Drilled holes, point of no return

installed threaded rivnuts

screwed on Wicker Bills

2-tone look1

2-tone look2

I think it looks great! Looks OEM. I find it crazy that either I have not found or that no vendors carry Z06 style spoilers with wickerbills that fit the regular Corvette properly. Many think the overhang of a Z06 spoiler looks aggressive. I just don't like it.

Have you considered painting the front of the original spoiler black in order to match what you’ve added?

Thanks, I got it on ebay. The threaded rivnuts & bolts comes with it.
I didn't use them cuz the bit on my rivnut gun wont' fit so I bought new bolts & rivnuts thread at harbor freight.

I haven't decide if I want to paint it or not. I've already bought the paint.

I like how it’s looking from the rear. If you do paint the rest black, be sure to post some pics.

I would not pain the original portion black. I like the way it is now, or paint the new panels blue to match.
