Default Corvette Retro Arcade Project!

Thought I would share my latest "cross hobby" project since I finally got it done. A custom designed and built tabletop Corvette themed Retro gaming system. The system runs off a Raspberry Pi, includes over 30 game systems, and has almost 27,000 games from the 70's, 80's, 90, and 2000's! I even found a couple 90's Corvette games!! This was a blast to work on and it brought back so many memories of playing in the arcades and at home with my Atari 2600.

Nice!

So what emulators are you running in retropie? Are you able to emulate arcade files? N64? I’ve only had luck with NES and SNES roms. I’m very very interested in what you have there....

A whole bunch. I have found that downloading a retropie game image from arcadepunks.com and then modifying a base image seems the best way to start out learning how to create an image.

Also check out drewtalks channel on YouTube. An amazing amount of info on his channel.

Very nice! I’m also into retro gaming and computing.
Youll find me on Atariage and vogons and the Facebook communities. I wonder how many others are active in both Corvette and retro?

I am. I still have most of the original systems from an Atari 2600 to the N64. Growing up in the Nintendo age was great. I also have emulators for MAME machines, though I can’t figure out how to get them to play on my Raspberry Pi! Looks like I have a few places to look now.

Brings back memories of faking sick to stay home and play games all day...
