I posted a few weeks ago regarding an issue with my driver side headrest, the grain had completely come off the leather in the center of the headrest you can read about the initial problem below.

Some of you wanted an update and I am happy to report the issure has been resolved under warranty. I took the car into my local dealer to have the headrest inspected by the service manager. He confirmed the material/grain had been worn away and would put in an order for a new seat cover as well as put me in for an appointment two weeks later to have it replaced as the part should be in.

They used my VIN to ensure they got the right colour but got the wrong seat cover in as the VIN does not state I have the two-tone option so they had to re order the correct part. Not a big deal for me, just took another 10 days to get the correct part in. The work was done yesterday and the seat cover looks great.

​​​​​I'm glad I didn't have to fight over if it would be covered under warranty or not. The passenger side was not done so I will be keeping an eye on that but overall I'm pleased with the work done.
