With ac on max, temp on its lowest setting, blower speed on low, you should get somewhere around 42 degree air out of the center duct.

Get Ceramic window tinting which will help a lot with heat from the sun! I really like Huper Optik. That will help the AC do a better job of keeping up.

You probably need the AC serviced. They probably need to add Freon or something like that.

If its a really hot day with the AC on full blast the car is a bit warm. Air coming out of the vents on mine is cold. Just so much heat coming from car and from center tunnel after a longer drive making it seem hotter. Ceramic tint helps some with this. im still considering getting my front windshield tinted as well to help out.

My AC works great! I do use it in the manual control mode most of the time. The Auto setting is dependent on the sensor that needs to catch up with the interior air temperature until it works properly.

My '17 GS ac works great. I've always been comfortable. The fact it's blowing luke warm air doesn't seem right. I'd have it checked out.

I have no problems with Auto ('cept I think hitting auto a second time should turn it off) and I'm here in Phoenix. I get in the car, crank it up and the A/C comes on and cools me off. If anything the interior sensor is warmer than the outside air. I've recorded temps of 118 when it was only (and I say only) 112 or so...

During the Vegas summers I keep it set to LO on auto (crank temp all the way down) most of the time. Even with ceramic tint all around, setting it to anything else seemed to keep it a bit warm. I think I read something about the LO setting being the equivalent to MAX A/C on other vehicles.

For sure, especially under warranty and free. Just a suggestion of something to try in the interim as 'cool' is quite subjective.

Vert or Coup?
The AC on my 2017 GS Vert works great even on days when outside temp is approaching a 100.
Verts are better insulated than coups so interior cooling (with top up) isn't as much an issue.
I'd get it checked while under warranty. May need Freon. Notice any oily residue on lines, fittings or compressor?
If dealer finds low Freon, I'd still keep an eye on it as good chance there's a leak somewhere.
You could also have a faulty compressor.
