Want to upgrade my 2019 GS rear spoiler ??
I have a few questions. I want to upgrade my rear spoiler to a stage 3 but I'm getting confused on what to order. Do I have to get a whole new spoiler or can I just order the two side pieces and the middle. Does anyone know what i need to do and where to order from. I see a few different prices. I am looking for it in carbon flash metallic to match the original.
Thanks for your help

Depends what model you have.

If you have the spoiler with the 2 small "winglets" on it, being held on by 5 screws, then you can purchase the Stage 2 winglets for a Stage 2. Adding the center piece will get you to Stage 3. From what I understand, the GS spoiler comes with the 2 smaller Stage 1 winglets.

The part # for the stage 2 rear extensions is 23256573. Looks like the # is now 84339357.
Part # 84056039 is for the clear centre piece ( that should come with some longer bolts ) That will turn it into stage 3.

Yes I have the small ones with the screws. Im trying to find how and where i can order just those parts. I believe there is a forum vendor on here that is selling but with the whole spoiler complete. I dont need the spoiler part just the stage 2 wiglets and the center stage 3 piece.
Keep in mind the Stage 3 kit will reduce the top speed of the GS. Also keep in mind that at high speeds...unless you're adding the Stage 2/3 up front....the nose will lift. Credit to GM that the aero bits really work.

I added the stage 2 wickers to my 17 GS. Got them from RPI. Supposedly they will lower the top speed and mpg but it's not noticeable IMO, I didn't add the center because it is supposed to lower the top speed and mpg even further. Besides, I think the center piece is ugly. Also added stage 2 splitter to keep the nose down.

You can look elsewhere for better pricing. Use one of our forums web tool Parts finder

I have a 2019 GS with the Stage 1 rear wickers. I purchased the Stage 2 wickers from ACS Composites. Around $280, shipped quickly, packaged very well, and took all of 10 minutes to swap. I literally drove my car home from the dealership, parked the car in my garage, and swapped the parts, with 20 miles on my car! Carbon Flash Metallic matched the rest of the OEM bits perfectly. I don't care about downforce, gas mileage, top speed, etc...I just like the look.
Just spin out the torx bolts, pull the OEM wickers off (they're held on with emblem tape), stick the new ones on (with pre-applied emblem tape), and spin the bolts back in. Done. The picture on their website shows new bolts and nuts....not sure why they have nuts in the picture...not needed. The bolts it comes with are nice if you scuff any of the OEM bolts while running them back in.

If you add the clear bridge, you will need longer bolts. I had Stage 2 front/rear and upgraded to Stage 3. The front bolts for front winglets are the longer type you need for rear clear bridge, so I just used those on the bridge. I used hardware store hex head bolts to secure the Stage 3 front winglets since those are hidden.
