I just had my 2016 Corvette with 4,000 miles up on a lift and I have no front spoiler. The bolts are there, and there are smaller spoilers in front of each tire but nothing in the center.
My dealer said this is how the 2016’s were equipped. Mine is a level 2 with performance exhaust and 460hp.
Does your 2016 have a chin spoiler or just the bolts? No Spoiler in Center?

No the European version has that and bigger mirrors as standard. Also the minimum version in Europé of C7 is Z51 with NPP exhaust, mag ride, e-diff*etc as standard.*
I forgot, the mag ride has a stiffer setting in Europe than US due to the better roads, which makes it great on track as well, I even think the final gearing is shorter in Europe because we don’t have the California regulations, more priority on acceleration than on environmental!
