Default What seats do I have?

I have a 2014 Z51 3lt and thought I have sport seats. However, I'm shopping for seat cushions and have been told by the vendor that my seat are not sport seats. I heard of sport seat, GT and competition and I know they are not competition seats. What do I have? They are Heated and cooled.

You have the standard GT seats. There are two available seat types, GT and Competition. I vaguely remember the OEM parts fiche using “sport” when referring to the Competition seats so you’ll need to verify that. You have 3LT trim so you’re seats are Nappa leather, not Mulan.

This make sense to me. The part illustration on the vendors site and all others I checked, when searching by year model or VIN, list two diffrent part numbers. One for sport another for non sport. Competition seat weren't available till 2015. I guess I will need to call them and ask what is the differences

The actual name of the Competition seats is "Competition Sport". I 100% agree with TXshaggy.

I did not know that. Thought the comp seat were not available till the Z06 was introduce in 2015. I was also told the bottoms are the same on all seats ( Thats probably incorrect as well) LOL! you can see on the diagram it has different part numbers for the 2014 seat cushion choice.

I was pm this, an option for the 2014 seats. Now I know I need the non sport. Are the 2014 comp seat cooled as well?

The 14 seats all have the same features for the trim level of the car. The difference between the comp seat bottom and the gt seat bottom is the foam and the seat skin. The GT seat has fewer cross seams than the Comp seat. The seat frames are the same for both. It is easy to change the seat back to the comp seat version if you go to the Trunk Monkey Parts web page and order their conversion kit.
