I saw the new improved ones today and they look a bit on the large goofy side. I have the original ACS ones and feel it looked much better without any. The side skirts are the real beneficial trick to stopping the rear quarters from being eat up.

Would love to say that the skirts did all the work, but I looked at a 2016 Z06 2LZ in Night Race Blue with the full side skirt stage 2 goodies on it. Didn't have that many miles and everything from the brake duct up to the top of the wheel well in front of the rear wheel was covered in chips that in certain light stood out because of the dark paint. Covered in rock chips. Guy owned a body shop, but apparently didn't care all that much about them when he sold it because they weren't driving it much and bought an Escalade. I'm planning on protection film all over that area along with the skirts, but I don't believe in letting the film take a massive beating if I can help it either, so even if they are a teeny bit goofy looking, it's better than where that car ended up. To each their own, but quite a few people here even with the truck mudflap version up front that's working well and looks definitely different. Might even take a little getting used to looking at them, but when I give the car a hand wash and don't see rash, I'll definitely smile.

All this is to say it depends on where you drive it, too. If you live on a long pea gravel drive and go faster, live near where construction is happening or not far from a quarry or all kinds of things, it's possible to get lots.....and if you live near where streets are regularly cleaned in town in a nice gated community and easy access to an interstate for leaving the area, you might not get all that many with nothing. But better safe than sorry for me. My track rat/town errand runner is a Miata and with sticky tires it's actually eroding the fenders up front. Don't exactly care for them on that car in the front either, but gonna put some on. Much better than the alternative. That one episode of Top Gear with the original gang where they do top speed on the old runway and the Ferrari 458 actually eroded it's own body in one top speed pass...wow. All that little detritus just ate it alive. No thanks. Yikes. To each their own though....

Every time the UPS or FedX truck pulls in my driveway my wife laughs and asks "what do you have coming for the Vette today"?
I did receive a picture and a thank you card from Chevy the other day. The problem is it said thank you Herman for purchasing your 2019 Corvette. My name is Joe and the Vin number on the card was also wrong. So Herman if you are out there I have your thank you card from Chevy.

Got these strut sleeves today. Having trouble getting the hood sleeves to slip on as it's a snug fit and the damn struts just compress when I try to slide them on.

Parts are sitting in the space reserved for my 19 GS m7 vert which I will be picking up on Wednesday, yep Halloween. ACS C7 front splitter, Stage 2/3 wicker bill rear spoiler wings, Michelin AS3+ZP's, and Carbontech 1521 brake pads. Lots of work to do and I can't wait !!

Got these decals today. One on either side. Figure they're worth 5whp each.

Got my trunk tray today. It's shallow and thus not for everyone, but it suits me. I don't like universal trays.

My OEM sills were scuffed from the previous owner. Picked these up in "like new" condition (with the plastic protection still on them) for $55 shipped on eBay. Considering some custom paint work to make them a little more mine.

Got these goodies from Pete today. They look nice in pictures, but they're incredible in person!

Not actually installed yet, but wanted to see how they'll look.
