my question is, if you put a clear bra on bumper, hood, mirrors and front quarter panels like Im going to do , would the rest of the car not be as shiny so it would look weird or would it not be noticeable ?

we have a clear bra on our SI. Its a daily driver on the highway with trucks and such. hazing and markings will vary upon where you drive and how much. The clear bra was recently replaced when we had a paint recall performed on the hood only. You can definantley see a difference in the bumper vs the hood. Regardless, when the bra was peeled, the paint looked brand new. If you plan to keep the car a long time, I would go for the clear bra if you can afford it. I have not put any on my vette as its typically not driven very far or on the highway.

I tend to agree, but............ The vehicle I am interested in is an exterior/interior combination that does not come onto the 'market' much. There is nothing close to me that comes close to what I am desiring. I have received some endorsements from a member or two who have said the 'dealer' is a good one. The vehicle is about 12 'driving' hours away. But as you say one is/could be a 'chancy' situation. Sooooooooooo, I may not commit in pursing it. But it is a really nice looking vehicle?????

I guess I do not understand your response?(But it's a 1LT, nonGS)
Not that I mentioned it but it is a 3LT Crystal Red/Kalahari.

The clear wrap will show if not done on the entire hood or other part. You can see the edge, and eventually, that sticky edge collects dirt and is difficult to clean.
The previous owner of mine had it covered 100% bumper to bumper, and it wraps around the edges so it's hard to tell it's on there.
He then had a ceramic coating installed on top of the wrap. Looks good to me. Total cost approx. $7k.
Mine is also Suntek PPF.

Skid Row is a big proponent of 3LT and non GS cars— that is what that comment meant.
