Thank you. I was just curious. Never heard of that happening on a DD. Hopefully the Techron will remedy it.

I did, but I still feel confident enough that I won't need additives for mine, as I don't let mine sit for extended periods of time. I think that's when the issue arises. And if the issue does happen for me, that's when I'll use Techron.

Is it actually updating this info, or just displaying the last know data? I suspect the later.

it's actually reading the fuel level via the OnStar chevy app, as I've been watching it since last night and it is slowly going down. I just talked to the Corvette specialist at my local dealership, and he is kind of perplexed, as there is not a check engine light, or low fuel light. He thinks it could be a computer flashing thing or something with the dash, not so much in the fuel tank. As far as the warranty, he said I have absolutely nothing to worry about, as I purchase the extended warranty directly through their dealer. I'm really hoping it's a computer or Dash thing, as I really do not want them tearing my car apart it, and putting it back together incorrectly, lol

I had issues with my C6Z and Techron would clear them up until the last time it happened. Then nothing worked but replacement of the sender in the passenger side tank. When the mechanic got the sender out of the tank he found the wiper moves with the float level had worn out. There was nothing there touching the resistor.

Bill, was your engine or low fuel light on?

This is exactly what mine does. I don't see it as a fuse issue as it's intermittent . The needle is working even when it's pegged at zero; it sweeps up at start up just like all the other gauges.

I have never let it go below 50 miles range on the app, so I don't know if the car would give me a low fuel warning eventually.

The app is showing real-time data. Yesterday, I pinged the car several times while driving, and the app counted down accurately. The app will display accurately even if I fill up before the fuel gauge works again ( which is usually at about a quarter tank).

Good news, my husband just pulled a some fuses in the trunk under the carpet, and that fixed the problem. I guess it was electronic related. The iccm fuse was what did the trick. Thank you for the insight everyone! So excited I don't have to go to the stealership

Hopefully, it's really fixed!

What fuses did he change out? I might try that myself at this point.

I think it was the one labeled iccm, but just for good measure we pulled any that related to the BCM, or iccm. I'm guessing it was the iccm, as that is it instrument cluster control module, which I'm pretty sure was my issue. Crossing my fingers that this is a fix.

FWIW, that is the same code mine has been throwing for the last 5,000 miles off and on. I keep thinking I have it beat, but then it misbehaves. Again. I have lost track of how many bottles of Techron I have gone through.

Thank you to everyone who told me to put Techron in. Put the Techron in, drive it for a few days. Decided to pull some fuses.. After I pulled the fuses, as stated above, it fixed the problem for an hour and then went back to empty and then the check engine light came on. Drove it for day to see if it would fix itself. Nope. Pulled the fuses again that seemed to do trick, as well as Techron. Haven't had any problems. Anything to avoid the dealership
