I can relate! I got my loaded with options 2017 Stingray convertible 3LT heavily discounted, exactly one year ago the same way! I've owned it for a year!

NO on the MSRC, wish it had it, but cant complain!
The options are:

Twilight Blue design $3500
Dual Roof $1995
A8 $1725
Then of course the dealer hit me with their fees and taxes taking the price over 80K before mark down.

BTW, as soon as you can take her in to have the transmission fluid changed to the new fluid. You be glad you did. Just tell your the dealer you didn't know, and if you had known you would have ask this as part of the deal. May just work so you won't have to wait until the "shudder" shows up. There is a TSB for the problem.

Skid Row Joe, you state in your above post your C7 has Z51 but then in one of your earlier post you state it doesn't. 
My new, 2017 C7 is a 3LT, Base engine (NON-Z51), MSRC (Magnetic Selective Ride Control) option cost: $3,495.00 
convertible, WITH M7 (Manual 7-speed stick) exactly what I was looking for!
Unless you Track or Street Race your C7, you won't need the Z51 option. Problem is, most new C7s seem to come with the Z51 option.
