Just when you thought you had a good spot! Happens quite often. Go figure.

I don't want to be the guy that parks his Vette in front of the gas pumps to go inside when I'm not buying gas.....especially at a busy C-store with lines at the pumps. Might as well be the guy that takes up two parking spaces.

You live in a populated City. Where we get gas here in AZ the majority of the pumps are vacant when you pull in. But I do understand. I wouldn't be doing that when I lived in Portland. Love living in the land of wide open spaces and wide open throttles!

Same here. I live out in the country and drive out in the country. No lines where I go. No angry people getting in each other's way. It's great.

I envy you guys in the wide open spaces! You are right in that congested areas have their own challenges. Heck I was at a traffic light today and only waited through 2 cycles and thought I died and woke up in Montana! C'mon retirement so I can get out of this concrete, mouse-infested town!

I had to stick around the big city for my kids but once they grew up I was out of there. You're time will come.

This is when I call a local towing company. This is just stupid.

Went to CAC for 15 years, stayed Thursday till Sunday. Of course all motels are packed. Found after 3 years one right outside Harrisburg that had extra wide parking spots. Plenty of Vettes there and even with the extra wide door swings needed for some years, plenty of room. Most times I was able to park right in front of my ground floor room. as the motel was two story some times you got a bit farther away, but never had a problem.

My work spot. Only 2 of us ever park in the back, and it’s gated!

I thought for sure that your pic would show him parked smack-dab right next to you.
