And our C5Z06 is dirty, I gotta clean it )

nice car ken, I love that color. I almost got it myself but I didn't want to order a color that had yet to be seen on a car.
but that was one long wait, you got some serious patience.

Someone I implicitly trust saw, with his own eyes, ELBM painted panel held up against a Laguna Blue car at the last Bash (Funfest?) and said the difference was all but nonexistent (by now, you've seen the pics too). I ordered based on those and I am not the least bit disappointed!

As for patience? Like Job my friend, like Job (of course, my wife might disagree!)

Default Interesting and possibly true

A car as complicated (for Chevrolet) as the C7 and the first year appears to be the most reliable, least troublesome so far (how much of that is the A6 vs the A8). I can't recall that occurring very often if at all.

Congrats on the new car!

Our car is a 2017 Z51 A8, so the cooling should be identical to yours. Our coolant typically stays around 185-195 in highway cruising, cool temps outside.
Oil temp runs 175-200 in summer but can get as low as 170 on the highway in cool weather.
When you get some miles, let us know how that compares to yours.
Other dry sump people are also welcome to comment.
