Minor observation of new 2019 GS
I noticed that the analog coolant temp gauge no longer simply hugs what appears to be 220 on the scale. It actually seems to indicate proper engine temp!
Also, a change from 2014 - gotta depress both clutch AND brake in order to crank the engine.......

Any other observations from the earlier C7? A friend of mine who originally bought a 2014 Stingray and recently traded into a 2019 GS told me he thought the build quality in his 2014 was better. He didn't elaborate, however I thought that was an interesting comment.

Haven't had the new one long enough (24 hours) to be too detailed in things. Can't say I notice a decrease in build quality at this point...
But fit and finish seem fine and I must say, the new paint - while not perfect - is certainly better than it was on my '14 Z51 (and that was a premium color - Laguna blue). It had WAY more OP

Yes, my 2019 GS is the same, you need to depress both brake and clutch now to start. Also, take note if your AC feels cooler in Auto mode. My 2017 required me to set it at 67/68 in order to feel 72. Now 72 feels accurate in the new car. One more, the gas cap unlock mechanism no longer clicks three times when you open the driver door, it just make a single motorized whirring noise. I wonder if they changed out the gas cap locking mechanism. Lastly, check out the Track mode cluster display and set it to performance mode. It is supposedly a new layout that provides a bunch of info all on the same page and it looks cool.

RE fuel door - I did notice that too (my first fill!)
And I only started playing with new display goodies - pickup up car yesterday, dropped it off today for 2 days of clear bra and window tint install.

Strange comment. I had the 2014 Still have a 2015, and a 2017. The 15 was better the 14 and the 17 is better than the 15 and The 19 I may get soon should be the best one!
