We got a taste of Spring yesterday here in upstate New York at 66 degrees but with tons of snow melting it was much too sloppy to take the Corvette out. Today it's back to March with temps in the 30's cold with high winds! However with the cooler temps and high winds it has dried the roads out pretty nicely! I could be tempted to take the Vette out for a spin today. There might be a little salt hanging around on the roads yet but I'd rather enjoy it when I can.
Hell... I never told anyone I wanted to be known as the most perfect Corvette owner in the cemetery!

Today, France, 75 km south west of Paris, 11°C, blue sky but wind. There was 15°C, 2 weeks ago and south of France 22° C, nature is in advance, birds sing as if they was in Spring. I have yet some flower, just 1 day of snow during the winter, amazing

I'll have to suffer through a heat wave the next few days.

I had a pretty rough winter here (compared to usual) as I was not able to drive my C7 from January 13th up until this past Monday. I managed to put 91 miles on it this week, so things are looking up! Spring is finally showing signs of life here and there are a few warmer days ahead with lots of sunshine. It's still nowhere near "roof out" weather but I'll still take it, 40-50F feels pretty nice after a couple of months where it was well below freezing most of the time (and many mornings below 0F)

I would gladly live somewhere that's 115 degrees in the summer in order to avoid the freezing cold temps of winter combined with shovelling snow off the driveway over and over again (and not being able to drive the Corvette for weeks at a time)

Albany, NY snow is gone, roads still have salt/sand. 33-42 degrees all week. I have not started the Vette since in went under wraps
in mid Nov. (Battery Tender) My 3rd and final "Free" oil change is Thur 3/21. Then into the garage for 2 days of upgrades/mods before show season. Maybe I'll start it as a Daily Driver again 1st week of April.
