Exterior ideas and opinions-2017 Grand Sport
Below is the starting point for my new C7.
My previous exterior build was a CTS-V coupe in the Black Diamond Tri Coat paint, similar to Carbon Flash. I did black on black with small accents of billet aluminum in my emblems, lug nuts, wheel center caps (Same as the billet aluminum black Jake center caps sold my 0fx2gv online). I really like that theme and it wasn't a complete "Black out".
Now to the new build. Obviously the car already has a ton of red accents and the aero package and emblems are carbon flash (I have stage 3 front splitter with winglets in carbon flash as well waiting to be installed). I'm torn between leaving the black and red alone OR doing the billet aluminum / polished accents where the red is now and using the 0fx2gv Jake Center Caps Found Here , painting calipers Carbon flash with chrome/brushed Corvette lettering as seen below in my V pics.
My first question is has anyone seen this done? Mainly the billet aluminum colored striping around the rim. I have searched for pictures and cannot seem to find anything resembling what I'm thinking of. Obviously everyone's tastes are different but I'd certainly enjoy some fresh ideas and thoughts of what to do with this. Also, I am planning on going with the Competition Carbon hood found Here leaving the carbon fiber exposed in the cowl area and body match painting the rest.
PS: Merry Christmas to you all!
here's a few of my old V pics for reference.

It will be a beauty either way, leave it as is or go with your ideas. And, I haven't seen any billet wheel rings either. A silver one may be your only option. Good luck.

Your tastes in mods are probably a lot different than anyone else so just mod it however you like.
