Cross flags overlays for a C7 Collector's Edition

I have seen the tension blue overlays for the GS Collector edition cross flags. But I cant remember where. I have have searched everywhere. Can I get some help from one of my brothers here?

I bought a set an they fit so so, might be better off finding a matching nail polish and clear it.
