veech, you are exactly WRONG. Here is what Hydro Carbon Fiber looks like.....
And here is real Carbon Fiber looks like......
If you cannot tell the difference.....sorry then.
Yarbie, you need to re-read Post #25 in this thread. Yes, it is true Carbon Fiber. No, it's probably different than what Lamborghini or Ferrari uses. Again, you need to re-read Post #25 for a full explanation.
You must know that there are many different Carbon Fiber weaves. Lamborghini does not use the same style Carbon Fiber as Ferrari, nor the same as Corvette.

By the way, I'm going to get the Carbon Fiber Edition out tomorrow from hibernation....it's going to be 57 degrees Sunday. I'll get some better pictures of the seats.

Steve, impressive - that's CF commitment!! 25 degrees - very driveable in KC - c'mon. Also, I thought you had a GS ... do you have a GS and the Carbon Stingray?
Mine stays on the Race Ramp flat spot eliminators and plugged in when under 20 degrees, rain forecasted or salt on the roads. Less than 60 seconds to unplug, roll off and head out!
Happy 2019!

Last winter, I did the comp seat upgrade on mine. Loved the gloss black seatbacks. Seeing your pics, I want CF now. Beautiful

Happy 2019! I got her out today....see updated pictures below.
Thank you! Apsis USA has a set of Carbon Fiber seatbacks in Competition available for sale NOW!
Guys, as I said above, I got the Carbon Fiber Edition outside today. It's 58 degrees in Kansas City. But it's cloudy and overcast, so it's a cold 58 degrees. Here are updated pictures, as promised.

Why does the drivers seat look like it has hazy spots in the clearcoat? It's in several different angles, and the passenger seat looks fine, so I don't think it's a trick of the light.

I bet you're not a golfer, Stephen. I have to put my bag in the hatch, catty-cornered to fit and invariably I put a scuff in the wheel cover. I even thought of covering the wheel covers with an ultra suede but I'm too lazy to check on if that's even possible. I'm assuming you attend or will, a few car shows to show off your new interior.
