I hate to say this but my experience with these types of suits is this one will probably be settled just before GM launches the C10 (provided GM is still viable).

Good to see GM is being held to account for the A8. I could have ordered a 2014 in LRG (which I loved) but decided to go w/ the 2015 for the A8. I really regret that decision.

For those w/o an issue, good for you. (And) I really mean that. Way too many w/ issues to let GM off the hook IMO $60-$70K car with a problem that cannot apparently be fixed. Hoping the C8 isn't plagued w/ a similar issues.

I always knew it to be true that the lawyers get a huge portion, but it wasn't until I saw a video on YouTube of a photographer I follow that it really hit me. A company was using one of his images on their product. He was eventually awarded around $40k and after lawyer fees and taxes he got like $1300 lmao

Regardless of who gets the bulk of the settlement GM will have to pay. That should get their attention..
