Replaced them at ~27.5K. They were between 3 & 4 all the way around. Put those miles on the first 12 months of ownership

There is even a difference in tread compound between the 18/19 base tires and Z51's.

If people will list what tires they have and give a comment on their driving style, this thread will be much more useful.

Our 2017 Z51 has 20k miles, split about equally between the factory PSS and Michelin A/S3+ ZP tires.
Occasional autocrossing but mostly road trips.
Estimate the PSS will last 25k unless I start doing more autocross, and the A/S3+ about 35k.

Yup, reminds me of those “how much is your car insurance” threads.....as if everyone/everything is equal.

32,000 miles. Virtually all highway. Too many CHP and deer to have much fun on the side roads in the northern sierra mountains. Grand Sport. Changed to the Michelin ZP all season runflats purchased from Americas Tire. No worries when the temps drop this time of year.

For those who accumulated 25k or more, did you rotate the tires?
Thanks,

Thanks,

Had the dealer do the side to side rotation, per the manual, at each oil change.

I'll get about 13K out of my fronts, but I think I can squeeze in one more track event. Rears not looking bad yet. Oh, I have 19/20 MPSS on GS.

Appreciate the responses so far let’s hear from other members who replaced their tires.

Wow, and I didn't think I was doing TOO too bad lasting 7000 miles (Grand Sport on MPSS). 10% of those were on the track, and I wasn't running near enough camber. I'm trying to decide if I do another set of those, or do all seasons and eat ramen so I can afford track wheels and tires.

No. They were all highway miles, though. No track.

35,000 with the alignment at the "track" specifications...that wore the insides out early.

I clicked the over 29k button but it was barely over at 30,386 with the inside edges of the fronts getting thin. The rears had probably more than 5k left on them.

Side note - the rear tires are excellent for a tire swing. My 5yo great grandson fits right inside.

Replaced my MPSS factory tires off of the Z at 9500. Still had 5/32 but were terrible in the rain from day one. Now have AS3's and much happier.

Just guessing, but I think I got an easy 30K out of the front tires, and probably going on 35K+ on the rears. I replaced the fronts this last spring/summer and the rears were still above the wear bars. My car has over 47K miles on it but I throw the snow tires on in the winter so I'm not sure the exact mileage. But they have been great tires.

This even includes two HPDE track days. But I have only done one burn out, and rarely ever turn the traction control off.

I bought take off rims/tires/TPMs - the previous owner said he had about 19k on the PS SS tires

I put an additional 10k before the fronts needed to be replaced.
(Might have gotten more but an alignment issues caused the inside edge to wear more than the outside...)

Anyhow, his 19 + my 10 = 29k on the fronts.

Spirited driving yes, no track, and no intentional wheel spinning; the rears still have lots of life left.
Estimate those will go to at least 35k,if not more.

MPSS - 14K and that includes 3 full track days. I have no complaints they did exactly what I wanted for the length of time I expected.
