2/3/19 Delivery post**9 ZR1's in one week**/pics.stories.more*Mike Furman@Criswell*
~9 (Nine) ZR1's in one week...How? Well I have 4 delivered from Criswell, 2 (Arctic White and Torch Red) getting shipped enclosed trailer and 2 (both Black) getting delivered on site.
I also had 5 Sold ZR1 Factory orders get picked up by GM this past Tuesday and each has been assigned target production weeks (TPW) already. Only time will tell how many more
ZR1's GM will build but the highest vin # of these 4 is 1661. GM's original plans were for approx 2000 ZR1's to be produced. My educated guess is by June when the last ZR1 leaves
the Corvette plant that final numbers will be just North of 2,000. In today's post I share delivery pics and stories on the White and Red ZR1's and next week I will share the 2 Black ZR1
stories/pics.

~David S. Of Fishers, Indiana was referred to me 18 mos ago and he really wanted a 2019 ZR1. A few months ago his allocation came up and he placed his order for a Torch Red ZR1 with Adrenaline Red interior and loaded with options not to mention a mere 755 HP. Equipment list includes: Competition Seats, chrome badge Pkg, chrome wheels, Red calipers, 7 spd transmission, Performance air intake and 3ZR Pkg. All the paperwork was completed via Fed Ex and now Plycar Trucking will enclose trailer it the 650 miles to Indiana.
~Conard and Linda from Boulder City, Nevada waited for their opportunity for a 2019 ZR1 and when it arose they were ready to order exactly what they wanted. All the paperwork has been completed and this week Plycar Trucking will take it the 2,700 miles cross country to their home in Nevada. Their ZR1 was ordered in Arctic White paint with Gray interior and Red seat belts. Equipment list: Competition Seats, Jake Logo stinger stripe, 7 Spd manual transmission, CF painted wheels, Performance air intake, Jake Logo Center Caps, cf painted mirrors, ZTK Track Performance Pkg and 3ZR Pkg.
~John M. of Long Valley, New Jersey last bought a Laguna Blue Corvette Convt from me in 2014. So when his Jeep lease came due he thought he would call me for a lease quote on another Jeep or a Traverse. He shopped my quotes all over his NJ Area and my deal was thousands better. This past week he drove down 200 Miles and turned his Jeep lease in and drove home 200 miles in a 2019 Traverse AWD LT. Next will be a new Suburban for his wife!
~The two Black ZR1's for next weeks post...

~Greg B. of Indiana and pics of his Elkhart Lake Blue 2019 Grand Sport delivery outside of the National Corvette Museum. Pics from last Saturday.
~Last Sunday we were visiting some friends in Monrovia, MD and they had told me of a young Corvette enthusiast that worked in the real estate office...
so I stopped in to see him...Brandon has a super cool 2015 Arctic White/Red interior Stingray...not bad as he bought it at age 19! Kudo's for Brandon!! Congrats my friend
and enjoy it to the fullest. I sent Brandon an Adam's Polishes Gift Certificate for being such a big fan of the Corvette.
~The Frank Class Corvette Barn Find and throwback section. As usual...post up your favorite pic.

Dana F. does it again...another masterpiece.
I will be back at Ron Fellows Spring Mountain Race Track March 9th-13th for a ZR1 class filled with my customers from all around the USA.
Thats me pictured below with the C6 ZR1's circa 2009 time frame.
~Have a great week and drive safe.

The best time of my career was working at EMI/Capitol, so this pic gets the nod this week.
(the standing joke was whenever sales were slow someone would say "almost time for another Beach Boys greatest hits box set")

Melting Slicks
This one intrigues me. There seems to be a lot going on. Road rally? Hill climb? Duct tape bra? And are those snorkels, speakers, ooga horns, or big-*** deer whistles under the front end? Great pics this week.

Thanks Mike for another great week of pictures and stories!
Congrats. to the owners of the Torch Red and Arctic White ZR1's shown as this weeks deliveries, both are spectacular looking vehicles!
Favorite photo would have been the first C1, seeing how the anticipation of the C8 is skyrocketing...…………… but already posted above me, so I decided this C1 is a beautiful example of a modern version of it.
Have a great week ahead, and another thanks for all you do for the Corvette community!

Happy Super Bowl Sunday, Mike! Thanks for a great post today.
I love reading the old ads! These are my favorites.....
You have to wonder what would have happened to this...
Without this man.....
And, since the '63 Split Window is what drew me to Corvette....

Wow, are you ever continuing to sell C7 after C7. GM wishes there were hundreds of you, doing exactly that.
Thanskf or the wonderful backstories. I always enjoy those! As I do the great pictures of older Corvettes. Thank you Mike for another fun Sunday delivery thread!
