Above link is where I get mine as well. They may not be the cheapest at $125 including shipping, however I had mine delivered in 2 days and they sell the 0W-40 in quarts, not liters.
Where ever you get yours be sure to note whether you receive quarts or liters to insure you don't overfill.

Advantage is you can buy what you need because they sell by the quart

I purchase from the dealer in my area. It comes in quarts and only cost $10 a quart. I doubt you will ever find this oil at Walmart.

My dealer used liter bottles.
I had him put 9 in and give me the 10th bottle.
I trust but wanted to verify that they actually used Mobil 1 dexos 2 0W-40
9 bottles filled to the bottom of the range line.

Interesting bit....the bottle has a label that states" For commercial use only. Not for resale".
So I assume that means they wouldn't sell it over the parts counter.

I would check that closer, as at that price it sounds like the European formula 0w-40 Mobil1 which Walmart carries pretty much everywhere, not the 0w-40 dexos 2 for C7.

Walmart online $26.68 5 qt

Edit: That is for European car formula. This is not a Dexos 2 oil . So better off this oil. Thank you to people who indicated this.

That's the European Car Formula. Not what you want.

I got 2 cases from Speedway Motors online. Case of 6 Qts is $59.99, Free Shipping. It was the best price I could find, and shipping was fast.

At double the cost of 5w30 from Walmart, I'll pass. For those who will buy it, wait another month or two for the next Mobil1 rebate, which will knock off $12 for five quarts with a 10-qt. limit. That decreases the cost by ~$2.40, but Mobil1 may not offer rebates for some on-line purchases, so call them to make sure. I've heard Amazon sales do not qualify for the rebate, but if Walmart ever offers it they will qualify.

The problem is, there's no part number available for 5-quart packaging, so we're stuck with 1-quart and 1-liter bottles. Due to this, it will never be as cheap as some of the other Mobil1 products available at Walmart. I hope Mobil1 later releases different packaging options, and I imagine it would depend on this product being recommended on cars besides low volume sports cars.

A co-worker, located in Wisconsin (I'm in Canada) has a new Caddy with a 6.2 liter engine, and he mentioned that his vehicle used the 0W40 Dexos2 oil as well - he didn't indicate anything about ESP, but I'm sort of assuming it would be the same stuff as in my Vette (2019 S-Ray). I've asked him to confirm the oil spec - if indeed they're requiring the same engine oil in some other vehicles, it would/should start to increase the demand for it.

Absolutely no sign, by the way, of this unobtanium oil in Canada except for at the friendly local GM dealers. I hope they start getting this stuff on local retailer's shelves soon.

You can order it by the quart from these guys. I change about once per year and need about 6.5 Quarts per oil change so it is cheaper to order 7 quarts than to order two 6 quart cases and have all that extra sit around for longer than a year
