~I had a special visitor this week...Talon just turned 9 months. His parents, Rick and Jen have bought 3 Corvettes and a Silverado from me over the last 5 years.
~Skip/Shelby G. and Mike/Barb B. both of Carlisle, PA were referred to me by a fellow Corvette Enthusiast Jim B.. They visited me back in late December to place their Special orders for their own 2019 Corvette Grandsport. Mike and Skip pulled the trigger the first week of January approx 5 days apart. They had said wouldn’t it be great if both Corvettes were built the same day...well I not only made sure of that but had them built 1 car apart. Vin#15214 and#15216...both are 7 spd manuals or else they would have been consecutive! We took a lot of pictures and had a lot of fun! Both couples are members of the Carlisle Corvette Club which is only approx 90 miles North of Criswell Chevrolet. Skip and Shelby ordered a Torch Red GS Cpe with two tone Red/Black Interior, 7spd manual, 2LT Pkg, GS Heritage Pkg, CF Badge Pkg, Red calipers, Black Wheels, CF painted mirrors, Navigation/PDR and Red seat belts. Mike and Barb ordered a Silver GS Cpe with Gray two tone seats, 2LT Pkg, CF badge Pkg, 7 spd manual, Red calipers, Black Wheels, Navigation/PDR and the GS Heritage Pkg.
Mike and Barb traded in their 2004 Z06.
~Richard W. of Fair Lawn, New Jersey has owned only 1 Corvette before and it was a 1959 Corvette way back in the 70’s...until now...this week Richard picked up his brand new 755HP 2019 ZR1 Cpe.
Richard ordered His Black ZR1 with Black Interior, 3ZR Pkg, Dual roof Pkg, 7 Spd manual transmission, Chrome wheels, Performance air intake and much more.

So we completed the paperwork via Fed Ex back and forth and this week Plycar Trucking picked up his new Corvette to deliver to his Florida home. Equipment list includes: 1LT Pkg, Cf badges, 7 Spd manual and black aluminum wheels.
~Mike L. of Pikesville, Maryland is no stranger to Race Cars. His driving resume is lengthy and distinguished. This week he traded in his 2016 Z06 for his special ordered 2019 ZR1 Cpe in Black with Black Comp Seats and Red seat belts.

~John E. of Greer, South Carolina called me this past week seeking a new Corvette Z06 Cpe. We exchanged paperwork/payment via Fed Ex and as soon as his packet comes back I will get Plycar Trucking to enclose trailer it to his South Carolina home.
Equipment list includes: 2LZ Pkg, Auto transmission, J57 Ceramic brake rotors, dark gray calipers, spectra Gray machined groove aluminum wheels and Navigation/PDR.
~Some others that left the yard...are not always Chevrolet...James R. of Machesney Park, illinois sought me out for a 2013 Boss 302 that we had in our used car inventory. We exchanged paperwork/payment via Fed Ex and Plycar Trucking took his new to him Boss 302 to his driveway. In Jim's words..."The car got here safe and sound! As far as I'm concerned this is a new car, awesome! I am very very happy! Thank you for everything you've done on your end! I've never done a deal like this and am surprised how easy it was." Being a radio disc jockey for 40 years in Kansas City at the #1 station in town, I loved this picture of Jimi Hendrix. My radio station is 101 The Fox (KCFX/Kansas City). We are a Classic Rock radio station and the flagship affiliate for the Kansas City Chiefs (we've had the Chiefs for 30 years on 101 The Fox).
This station is also the #1 Classic Rock radio station in the United States.
How many guys can relate to this perfect picture. Husband is Over Joyed at new car, Wife looks as though she could care less!! ] Been there, done that! More than once. Thanks for great pics of all the happy campers, Mike. Oh, and Jimi Hendrix was a Vette guy. How cool is that!?
