That said she was pretty jazzed about the Z06.

Thanks Mike for another great week of photos and stories!
Congrats. to all the new owners, Corvettes and other models too.
All the vehicles shown this week are great looking, and it shows in the expressions of the people in the photos, or the follow-up messages back to Mike!
Truly, no better testimony to how Mike treats each individual customer.
Favorite photo is this C3, hopefully we can see all the green colors in this picture, instead of the whites and browns so prevalent this season.

Delivery day of a 1967 Corvette? If we could only go back in time? I would be building 1967 black cars with white stingers and white/black interiors or white red stingers red interior or yellow-white stingers and white interiors. I sure would have fun!!

Thank you very much Mike for a great Sunday delivery thread. Exciting backstories of happy folks getting their new Corvettes, and I love the pictures of older Corvettes. To me, having friends who worked at the St. Louis plant before they become BGA workers, and because it shows such a great car, this is my favorite picture of the week.
Thank you Mike.
Thank you Mike.

The Jimi Hendrix Corvette photo is #1 this week. First runner-up has to be the red C3 as shown from above. Second runner-up is the photo of the two yellow Mustangs side by side (probably because I have owned four Mustangs in my life). Honorable mention goes to the C3 with the close-up view of the front end.
Thanks for the great Sunday pics!!

For those who do not know, Mike L is the founder and owner of TPC Racing/DSC Sport, in addition to his world-class racing resume. He is also a world-class chassis/suspension engineer. That ZR1 will live on a race track, and will likely be the fastest, bad-*** one out there.
Since he's local to me, I've gotten to know him, he's used my Z51s as a test-bed for the DSC Sport MSRC Controller, and he personally set up both of my cars. He's a great guy, incredible driver, and a mechanical genius.
When he mentioned to me on a visit that he wanted to order a ZR1, I suggested he contact Mike Furman. I'm delighted he did. Picture of Mike L's shop below, and BTW who said there was no cross-over between Corvette and Porsche enthusiasts. Real car people respect both, and would be proud to own either, or preferably both.

Yep, there are plenty of good places within walking distance of Mike's Palace of Corvettes.

What a great post! I love all of the race pics, especially the Grand Sport Corvettes. But my favorite pics this week are the old Motor Trend test pics. Very cool!
