Called a mobile mechanic to help get the car up in the air and power to the starter... fingers crossed!

As eboggs keeps telling you, use a jump pack or even a battery tender to provide power to the FOB interface receiver and lock system. Put the positive lead on the battery hot connection on the starter solenoid and the other lead on any chassis ground. Because you are only dealing with very little current to operate the unlock system you can use small clip leads from your jump pack to the 12V positive and ground connections; these smaller gauge wires and clips are easier to maneuver in limited working room.

Sadly I know little about the mechanical side of cars. I assume all of what you said is happening from underneath the car? I jack the car up so I can be under it with access to reach up to access the starter... I have called a mobile mechanic and will read him what you wrote to help him help me get this car open. Thanks!

You might try going in thru the rear side of the of the drivers/passnger door glass and trying to pull on the manual door release. a slim jim may not be long long enough but there should be some other thin flat piece of metal that could be notched to grab the lever, should be able to be done without damaging the weatherstrip just a thought

#2 in the picture. 3 black lines going to the starter. From L-R 1, 2, & 3 The "nut" holds the cable on to the starter. Hook to the nut.

Try pressing down on the trunk lid while turning the key.

Thanks for the diagram eboggs! I’ll go over that with the mechanic when he gets here later today.

locksmith just came and tried the manual lock, accessing via windows, etc. then he said. “Beautiful car. Stupid car.” And left.

I can barely fit the Corvette back there... no way is a tow truck backing in, even if They could drop the ramp low enough to not crack the front...

Check with the Fire Dept. There wasn't a car made that we couldn't get into, especially if a child or medication was locked in it. We usually use the Big & Easy.

You can get in through either window by pulling it back a bit with a wedge and grabbing onto the manual release down by the floor with a long V bar.

That's the long bar with a bent "v" at end of it. Tow driver should be able to do it for you. If not? Order the kit from Amazon. Dont break the glass.

That doesn’t work with the Corvette coupe.

don't jack it up yourself,,
get a pro to do it,,if you jack it up in the wrong place -you could crack the body

or worse ,the jack could slip and drop the car on you while your under-neath it,,and kill you

Perhaps a long shot but you could try the GM connect App to unlock your car remotely. I don’t have an onstar account but can still send the signal from my smartphone...maybe the different signal has enough juice.

Wouldn't you need a battery power to unlock the door? Calling Onstar to unlock an electronic door without any battery just won't do it. His FOB still works per the OP.

We are sure the battery is dead and the FOB is good, right OP?
