Yep those were down to the tread marks, I’m at 19,500 miles. I didn’t let them do the install for the fronts, instead I demanded to pickup my vehicle. Glad I didn’t let them do it because they scratched the rear rim with their machine, and would’ve done the same to the fronts. Going to buy some tires online and have them installed by someone else.

Tire Rack ships to Florida next day if the tires are in stock at the Georgia warehouse. Should have never taken 10 days.

Go back and pick up your car from Carl Black and take it to Discount Tire to get the tire repaired for free. Then, order your new tires from Discount. When this is all finished take a ride out to Plant City and have Stingray Chevrolet take care of the oil change. While you're there buy a couple of raffle tickets for the 2019 Z06 they are raffling off. No need to support Carl Black if they can't take care of you. At this point I'd be afraid of them installing new tires without scratching your wheels or doing other damage.
Cant speak to the dealer recommendation, but the Discount Tire route is the way to go for sure.
