I agree as carry concealed, just tuck in there while driving.

I totally get it Kevin, I've certainly kept a G43 in there too. I just haven't had that be the single point of failure for me. Low probability issue and I'm not preaching against it (it's just not for me as my only pistol). Generally speaking anything that fits in there is not usually my primary anyway LOL...

I admit that this cubby fitting a G43 (or similar weapon) is a major reason why I love this car!

It has much more to do with one's ability to fire a handgun accurately than caliber of the gun.

That's what I'm saying. If you did only head shots in your concealed carry class they would say adios.

I practice shooting head shoots as I find it helps me concentrate more in keeping my shots in the blue than when aiming at the larger body portion of the target.
If I were in a defensive situation, it would of course determine where I would place my shots.
I got my concealed carry permit on line so didn't take a traditional 'class'. I've been shooting since I was six so didn't feel I needed to go the course route.

How did you take a course on-line? I never heard of that. How did you pass the Range portion?

https://virginiaccw.com/ No range requirement. Va CC permits covers 33 states.
