I totally get it Kevin, I've certainly kept a G43 in there too. I just haven't had that be the single point of failure for me. Low probability issue and I'm not preaching against it (it's just not for me as my only pistol). Generally speaking anything that fits in there is not usually my primary anyway LOL...
I admit that this cubby fitting a G43 (or similar weapon) is a major reason why I love this car!

If I were in a defensive situation, it would of course determine where I would place my shots.
I got my concealed carry permit on line so didn't take a traditional 'class'. I've been shooting since I was six so didn't feel I needed to go the course route.

I have a 25 automatic came from Germany in 1945. **** Generals carried it in the vest for second gun to shoot their self with if needed. Brought back from my Uncle served in Gen. Patten Tanks for over there for over 3 years. Came home without a scratch and died of cancer. Terrible Worth lot of money, but want to keep it.
