I was going to upload the voice mail sound clip but the forum would not let me upload, It is not an accepted file type.

Quote :Hi Chris this is Amani giving you a call from Chevrolet Customer Assistance, Did wanna let you know I did receive your voicemail and your email as well. Me and My manager both thought it would be a good idea to go ahead and escalate your case to our executive team. I'm gonna send it over right now and as soon as they pick it up they'll be giving you a call back. If you have any questions please give me a call back at 1866-790-5600 Extension # 59155. T

hank you.
Yea from what I experienced it is an executive secretary of sorts. In my case they set me up an appointment to take my car in and every week would call with an update and I ended up knowing more than they did. I ended up updating them from info I got from this forum. When I went BBB route they called and told me they were dropping my case. Maybe different with your case and it can't hurt so let it play out and maybe they will stumble on the know fix. Good luck

UPDATE : I spoke with the "Executive Office". They called a Dealer of my choice. Vehicle is going to the dealer tomorrow morning. Dealer will be providing a loaner vehicle.

Pretty sad that this issue still shows up in new cars. Where is the QC on the rear diff? Who is the supplier?

Is this warble just happening for those with auto trannys? I have a 2019 base 1LT M7 that is not producing the warbling sounds mentioned. I know some are saying it's the Diff, so I was just wondering if this is something to be on the look out for down the road. Thanks.

^^^ From what I have read from other members getting the warble fixed, the problem seems to be the bearing that is part of the drivers side carrier cover.
