Thank You!
Got my car back today and the warble is gone. I spoke to the service rep that told me about the bulletin and he said he was mistaken and that the tech who was working on my car got the info from engineers at GM. They replaced a cover on the left side, 2 seals and new fluid. Here are the part numbers if it will help anyone:
23347667
23347669
23341259
23347667
23347669
23341259
Glad this fix worked for you. Will save your info and wait and see what the dealership says. Will use it as my "ace" in the pocket if they have no answer.
Thanks again!!!!!
Damn this place is great................

UPDATE: 07/17/2019
After a few days of waiting and a visit back to the dealership, the dealership has asked GM to replace the complete differential assembly. Was told I'll get a delivery date of the hardware tomorrow am. It wasn't as easy as it sounds. I had to complain up a couple of levels @ the dealership to get this to move forward. A BBB complaint also helped as GM called me 2 days after I filed the complaint. I also got crap like "that sound is normal." I asked to drive another new Vette and that stopped that stuff.
We'll see how long I'm stuck driving a Malibu... So embarrassing.

Good catch! The dealership said they would call me back today with a date when the parts will be shipped. I'll validate its new and get details. I really would like to watch them change it as my trust level is a little low. Wonder how long that process would take? Should I also change the diff fluid after "X" miles?

What I am hearing is definitely not tire noise. Hit the links below. Not my videos but exactly what I am hearing. Google C7 warble

That's what got mine bought back - that is the warble. You should be in the original warble thread.

After an month... Parts came in today. But after City Chevrolet treated my like crap. I'm having them send the parts to another dealer. Note: GM sent a complete new rear end. Seems a little unusual, but after a month, maybe that was the answer to get my differential to me asap.

After 3+ months, my Warble issue has finally been resolved. Complete rear end was changed out. Just got it back today, but no warble noise anymore. GM also extended my warranty for free.

Can't believe this is still an ongoing issue. Come on GM!

After I turned in the car, I was on vacation. They actually called me to see if I was picking up the replacement that they wanted me to pay 3500 more for - WTF?? I was already done with the buyback.
I purchased a used C5 privately. Have repaired so many things that ironically the PO had City Chevrolet touch.

I had the same issue on 2019 3LT at 1800 miles. Turned out it needed a new differential. The dealer mechanic used a special device that separated road from engine noise. He made a recording and called GM. The GM tech called it a rare but known issue and told him to replace the diff. I haven't had the problem since.

I am in Denver - we can comiserate about City Chevy - they completely suck. Thanks to them, GM can choke on my C7 - I got a buyback after 8 months of hell and City Chevy BS.

Push It!
It did help that I provided links to this forum AND I uploaded a video to YouTube with the issue. After the dealer seen the video, they agreed it's an issue.
If you let them.. They will do NOTHING.. Push them... Open a BBB complaint against GM. It's up to you.
Thanks again to bjones for starting this thread and helping...

My dealer did the fluid change... No difference. But I was lucky enough that my car came from the same dealer that bjones went too and they did replace the whole rear end. I did open a case with BBB and GM called me and assigned someone that would work with me to resolve the issue. I also asked GM to extend my warranty and they did.

went to the dealer twice with the warble noise, they could not duplicate the sound even though one of the techs that drove with me heard the noise..
called GM they contacted the dealer, but could not do anything as they could not duplicate the noise.
asked the dealer if they checked fluid level, they said that would not make the noise that I was describing.
went home checked the oil myself and could not feel any oil at all on my finger, went and purchased a quart of differential oil and ended up adding
3/4 of a quart. (this was at 1100 miles) drove the car for another 200 miles with 80% of the warble sound gone, at around 1300 miles i changed the differential
oil (old oil looked very dirty with silverey color to it)
I now have almost 2400 miles on the car with 98% of the warble gone.
I still have a case open with GM, but at this time it would be almost impossible to take the car in and be able to duplicate the warble.sound.
will just keep driving and see what happens, if the sound goes away completly that would be great. we'll see.
