When we go out together I drive her BMW X5 SUV, which I like but have to listen to one Broadway Play or another stored on it's hard drive! I miss Janis Joplin, Meat Loaf, Bob Seager, the Four Season's, Stevie Nicks, etc etc that play in mine!
RE: Sound Level. Sure, it's louder than my C6 NPP when the butteries are closed, which would be like a base C6. But mostly louder when there is significant throttle. About the same as my C6 Z51 w/NPP BUT there I added a simple toggle switch so I could have the butterflies open when I wanted. Had to flip the switch on the Interstate or the drone was excessive. I just keep mine in Track Always Mode so don't have that option of a manual adjustment, toggle switch or Mild to Wild remote relay.
Frankly NPP, even when open is no great sound, IMO! The Flowmaster's I had on my Truck and the Borla's I put on my 1st Vette sounded better. So did the Borla's my friend had on his C6 when I had NPP in mine! That is why you see lots of folks adding what are called "crossovers," which is the same crossover as OEM BUT with the secondary CATS removed. IMO you are not going to match the quality sounding products made by Borla and others. NPP is OK and since It's cheaper than adding a quality aftermarket system and comes with checking a box (or buying a Grand Sport etc) I live with it!
Pic left is an OEM crossover with secondary CATS. Right is an aftermarket "crossover" that eliminates the secondary CATS. Vette's have employed crossovers for performance for years!

Yes, it is significantly louder than the stock (non-NPP) LS2 or LS3. I wouldn't call it aggressively so, but it is louder. I don't know how it compares in Stealth mode (my '14 doesn't have that), but it is louder (slightly ) even in Tour.

I was sitting at a Shell station filling up (not in my C7) when OWC6 was motoring around a traffic circle and accelerated aggressively coming off the circle. It is LOUD and sounded great!
It's a bit louder than NPP Track, but the main difference I heard was a deeper bass tone for a throatier roar.

I don't know if I have Stealth mode on my 19 Stingray with performance exhaust. I don't remember seeing that mode and I'm not by my car now to check it out. That's all I know is I have it set to the loudest which I believe is track and I leave it there. If I had to wish for anything better it could be a little louder but not worth it for me to swap the exhaust out and then have it too loud.

Track mode for me
#57
problem. Too loud at ALL RPMs.

I usually leave it in the neighborhood, about 2 in the morning.

The Bullets delete the NPP, so if you won't to be able to"turn down the volume."
This is not for the timid. People either love it or hate; there is no in between.

Thankfully, since NPP doesn't do it for me, I lucked out getting an in-stock non-NPP C7. If they offer various sound levels, that's what I will need.
