No your wrong. On that date the Carbon Fiber stars to grow and encompasses the whole car. Here’s your all Cabon fiber
car.

Are these really just carbon fiber stickers over various car parts? Or, are they actual 100% carbon fiber, as the C7 engine compartment hood in fact is..

Really like that CF grill application.

Yup, subtle but classy.

Thanks....that's what I was going for with this car. Actually, classy but still aggressive!

You are absolutely right, my friend! Wouldn't that be funny if that kill date was true.......but please, no more chrome!!!!

Joe, many of my pieces are pure Carbon Fiber. There are other parts that are OEM pieces with a Carbon Fiber overlay. GM also does this exact same thing. I spoke to someone on the Corvette team at last year's birthday bash-he told me that.

The engine bay is all Hydro Carbon Fiber from RPI Designs. When I first started modding my engine bay 5 years ago, no one made true Carbon Fiber pieces then. Now they do, but I've invested too much in the engine bay to switch over to true Carbon Fiber. It looks good-I'm fine with it being Hydro Carbon Fiber......

.

OK, so is it a weight savings exercise, appearance feature desired, or both?
..The Chevrolet dealer sales rep at the dealer near me emphasized carbon fiber's light weight on the C7's engine compartment hood. The aesthetics, are a separate issue.

Steve, fear not. As I understand there is research into a cure for your addiction. One day at a time brother.

BtW, it does look good.

May just depend on which coast you live on, left or right!

In Steven’s case, I believe that he is a centrist, residing smack dab in the center of the USA.

Decisions, decisions....... I almost said excision!!!

Default I finished everything up today!

I finished up the mods to the Carbon Fiber Edition.

I removed the OEM chrome Crossed Flag and replaced them with these.....

I also did the Crossed Flags on the tail, but decided to leave off the "Corvette" script. What's your opinion...."Corvette" script or no scripts?
