3/24/19 Great Color Combo's/delivery pics/100+Barn Find pics*Mike Furman@Criswell
~The Corvette Bash will be here before you know it. Held at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY every year and well worth the trip if you've never attended.
I will be there April 23rd-26th. I enjoy meeting up with fellow Corvette enthusiasts from all over the World. The next generation Corvette will "not" be on display or revealed there and
that is OK. GM will introduce it on their timeline. I too am a Corvette owner as I have owned 18 over the decades so I am anxiously awaiting what is on the horizon. This is my 5th
Generation change that I have sold thru dating back to 1978 and the frenzy gets bigger over the decades all due to the internet. Here are the first year production numbers for the first year
of the Gen change since I've been selling Corvettes: 1984- 51,547, 1997- 9,752 , 2005- 37,372, 2014- 37,288 and 2020 -?. Now in 1984 and 1997 they were all Coupes. Throw out 1997 and
average production is approx 42,000 units. Let's see what 2020 produces...the heartbeat of Chevrolet is alive and well. www.corvettefurman.com

All Corvette enthusiasts invited.
~Deliveries from this past week.
~James and Judy M. of High Point, North Carolina called me 7 weeks ago to factory order an Arctic White 2019 Grand Sport Cpe with all the right Red accents. Jim still owns a Red 1981 Corvette and he wanted his new C7 to compliment it so his build requirements were well thought out...of course with all the right touches provided by Judy! Judy owned a C3 back in the day as well! They both worked for Richard Petty Racing and still are great friends with the King. I received a surprise gift basket with 4-5 Richard Petty autographs on several items. Equipment list on their new Grand Sport: Adrenaline Red Interior,2LT Pkg, Auto trans, Visible carbon fiber ground effects Pkg, Heritage Pkg, Heritage full length red center stripe and red hash marks, chrome wheels and much more! Friday they rented a car and dropped it off at Criswell yesterday after staying over night so they both took turns driving the 340 miles home. We certainly had a fun time at delivery.
~Gerry S. of Johnson City, Tennessee contacted me 7 weeks ago to place his Factory order for a Sebring Orange 2019 Corvette Z06 Cpe with Kalahari interior. We went over every option and here is
Gerry’s equipment list: CF painted ground effects Pkg, Jake Satin Black Stinger stripe, CF Instrument panel, 7 Spd manual transmission, 10 spoke Blade wheels, 3LZ Pkg and much more!
Plycar Trucking picked it up yesterday and tucked it neatly inside the truck for delivery to Gerry's driveway.
~Sam H. of St Augustine, Florida traded in his GS and received his Z06 via Plycar Trucking the other day and here is what he wrote me back.
"Hi, Mike the ZO6 was just delivered it is beautiful it's raining right now but I can't wait to drive it thank you so much you did an outstanding job for me.
You definitely lived up to your reputation. Thanks again for a job well done." Sam H. Florida.
~Ron M. of Frederick, Maryland took Corvette Museum Delivery this past Saturday the 16th of a new Race Yellow 2019 Z06. Look how good this Corvette looks in the sunlight.
We are both members of the same Corvette club in Frederick County, MD.
~~German and Lucy S. of Scottsdale, Arizona have been following me on the Forums for years. Last year German drove 6 hours 1 way to the LA Auto Show because he heard I would be there for just 1 day...he even bought me Lunch.
So when it came time to order their Riverside Blue Metallic 2019 Camaro SS Cpe he made the call to see what I could do. I placed the order and had it drop shipped for Courtesy delivery to his local Phoenix Chevrolet dealer.
In his own words “Thanks for a terrific experience from start to finish” Their new Camaro looks great next to the family Corvette!!
~Others that left the yard this week.
~The Frank Class Corvette Barn find and throwback section. Post up which picture(s) is your favorite...hard to choose just one so its ok to pick many favorites.

Hello Mike.
A nice week of sales. Congratulations to all the new owners.
This weeks photos might be my favorite group you have put together. There are to many great ones to select just one. But I have to select this because a white over red Vette convertible that I saw as a kid in the 60s is what started my passion for Corvettes. Half of my Vettes have been Arctic White This one says style, class, and elegance.
Have a great week.

I love the 3 group photos of the C2's, especially the 427 '67's with Stinger hoods.
This is a great photo.

The white GS with red interior and red stripe package is stunning. And the pic of the C3 being loaded on a flatbed looks like a real barn find.

This C3 is beautiful, although I am not a huge fan of the black top. Still a great color of gold, though.
Thanks for making everyone's Sunday morning a little bit brighter, Mr. Mike Furman!!

Great read Mike. The A Fink cars were very cool. How can you ever give up that plate lol.
My favorite pics always seem to be of the early C3s.this week is no different. Something about that shape just does it for me.
just fantastic. I might be off but I feel like the C7 is a modern version of this design.. much more so than any other gen..
Thanks
