Default Kalahari with Calico Cocomats

I have Cocomats in my M5 and love them, durable, customizable, great fit and easy to clean. So I looked into Cocomats for my ZR1 and ordered some swatches.

Nothing directly matches Kalahari (no surprise), but I thought the Calico weave might compliment it. I am pleased with the result.

Not your run of the mill floormat. If you like it and they are a good product, then that is what matters.

I mean no disrespect, but those mats do not go with that car...not even a little. I think someone should be honest with you, cause you will go to Car Shows and keep wondering why you never win... That beautiful car deserves some C7 logo'ed mats...it will look so much cleaner. Again - no disrespect.

Might I suggest the ones that I used for car shows since we share a similar color theme:

It looks good to me. If you like them, that is all that matters. Ignore the haters. I had a set of these in one of my Miatas. Loved them. Great quality, absorbed noise, wore like iron, and easy to clean.

I would also put plastic over the seats like Grandma's couch.

I think you're making a mountain out of a mole hill. hostility? haters? relax, so people don't like a set of floor mats lol really? that's what you're going to take the moral high ground on? come on. it's floor mats. it's also an internet forum, which are meant and designed to discuss topics, which is what people are doing. Would you rather everyone lied and treated the OP like a 2 year old congratulating him on using the potty for the first time?

it's floor mats. Some people don't like them, Some do.

Now go worry about something that actually matters in life.

Dust and dirt wont' be as noticeable with the variegated color scheme of those mats. I would say that is definitely a plus. Otherwise they look a little too busy for my taste. But I can't even dress myself with the right colors so take my opinion lightly.

Coco mats were all the rage in sports cars in the early 80s. Today? Not a look I would go with, but that doesnt matter. All that matters us you like it, as its your Vette! That is the fun of the car hobby. We each get to let our own tastes shine.
