I assume know you paid a hefty premium because you had to pay a much higher price because of the mileage penalty which kicks in for cars with mileage at or above 10,000. No way around it given GM extended warranty prices in mileage adjustments.

So no, the best bang for the buck is NOT 24,000 miles.

Last policy I bought for was for my '14 Z51 (bought in 2016). At that time, the 24K price point made the most sense and that's the way I went. Admittedly, WHICH plan you go for affects cost too.

(of course, my '19 has 33.5K miles to go yet so I'm not considering an extended plan anyway)

Any idea on ZR1 warranties? Gotta be more expensive but I wonder how much and available coverage.

Default Thanks for your useful post!

I spoke with Todd yesterday based on your info and this post.
Your info is on point. Nice man. He's low key, no pressure and professional.
My B2B expires in a year and he advised me to wait which I would've done anyway.
I shared your info and this thread with a friend.
He called Todd today, but he's off. He'll call back.

Again, thanks for the info.

I've bought from both Dennis and Todd. Can't go wrong with either one, but Dennis (in my experience) has the edge based on outstanding/prompt customer service.

I requested quotes from both Dennis and Todd. Todd's quotes looked a little better than Dennis numbers. But when I wrote back to Todd, he was on vacation, (that's OK!!) but when he got back, he never answered additional emails and I tried one phone call.
Dennis helped me on details, and ultimately he got my business based on follow-through. Price isn't everything!

Answers a few questions?? Maybe that's more important than you think!

When I wrote back to Todd, he never answered additional emails, and I tried calling on phone also. Dennis helped me on details, and ultimately he got my business based on follow-through. Price isn't everything!

So you got prompt service when you bought the policy, how does that translate into great service at the dealer when you are having your car fixed under this warranty. Are you going to pay a few hundred more a year on your car ins because the lady at Allstate was real nice when you bought the policy?

Might be a dumb question....My GMPP purchased for my 2013 C6 (purchased from Dennis) expires in 2020. Can I get another extended warranty when this one expires?

I would say certainly but you need to speak to a dealership like Dennis

My silly question since a lot of knowledge here:
On our recent purchase of a 2015 with 4 years 4 mo. since new and 12k miles yes the B2B is out and the power train ends in Feb. 2020, I would guess all I could up is power train? which really doesn't concern me, computer & electrical is all I am worried about so at this point I am self insured correct? On our 2019 I plan on getting extended in about 32 months.......to keep the B2B.

Is the extended plan really bumper to bumper?

I bought my 15z with 830 miles on it in March 2018, 3yr/36k had expired in Feb 2018

I got a quote for coverage the month I bought it and the prices were in the thousands of dollars

This being my first Corvette I didn’t know what to expect as Dennis is highly though of on this forum

Needless to say I passed on it...may have to call other places and get a quote
