Default Looking at plastic master cylinder reservoir

Hi, I thought I would post a few pics. Whenever someone wanted to see LT4 engine, my eyes always went to master cylinder reservoir. I got a stainless cover and had it painted Carbon Flash. I was trying to kind of blend it into background a bit. I do wish it was a little more "satin" finish, but it's not too bad.

How do you check fluid level? The full marks are under the cover and it looks like the minimum level marks are also under the cover. They are hard to see on the white reservoir and I use a black felt tip pen to make them visible. Just removing the cap isn't sufficient to know where your fluid level is.

Looks pretty good and does kind of blend in with the rest of the engine bay.

I like it! Your eyes don't gravitate to that plastic tub!

Not a fan of engine cover-up doo-dads. Can't keep tabs on the fluid condition and level.
