C7 of Year Finalist (stock) 2019
List your favorite generations in order
Just wondering what generation most people prefer. Of course since this is the C7 forum I expect C7's to be very popular and I also imagine age will have some influence because we all love the cars of our formative years.
So here are my favorite generations:
1) C3 the first five years of the C3 are my all time favorite vettes
2) C7 to me the C7 looks like a modern version of the C3, that's why I like it so much.
3) C4 I know this is weird right? but I loved the C4 - that thing was a game changer and garnered universal accolades when it was introduced
4) C6
5) C2
6) C1
7) C5
I did not include the C8 because we havent seen the car yet and nobody has driven one so how can we judge?

My all time favorite is the 1958. Just an absolutely gorgeous, classic vehicle. Unfortunately not the best ride in the world though. 1967 has to be the next best. Awesome body/powertrain and suspension/brakes. I love the C3. First Corvette I helped built was a 72 with a 377. My uncle also had a Daytona Yellow 69 vert with a 427/4speed. The 73-78 models are meh though. I had a 2006 3LT, 6 speed. Loved that car. But my 2019 Z06 is a monster and don't regret moving on. Anyway, my preference but in reality, they are all great!

A fun thread.
Another vote for the C3.
Unfortunately, this was the generation first painted with the mid-life crisis, gold chain image which Corvette has yet to shake off.

This is a very difficult exercise. In all honesty, it changes from year to year because I like them all. So I'm just going to pass for now.

Going out on the limb with the C8, but I think the when it is actually revealed with no camo it will be stunning.

C2- the epitome of design that started the performance aspect. Is there a better looking Corvette that holds it's value?
C1- beautiful design, not much performance, poor comfort/fit, especially if you are 6ft or taller, still love the design
C7- beautiful design, great performance, great comfort/fit, a great all-around car
The rest, eh, no comment.
