Corvette of the Year for 2020
For Corvetteforum’s fifth annual Corvette of the Year competition, beginning with the C7 Corvette of the Year, we have some big changes in store to make the competition more inclusive and, we hope, more fun for site users.
The changes include opening the contest to site users across the globe, rather than limiting it to residents of the contiguous United States. Further, we’ll break the competition down into four categories:
Stock Corvettes
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...fications.html
Corvettes with Appearance Modifications
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...fications.html
Corvettes with Performance Modifications
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...fications.html
Corvettes prepared primarily for track use
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...track-use.html
The reward in each of the categories is bragging rights and a designation under your user ID declaring your winning status.
You can enter just one of the categories of competition and you do so by posting one photo of your C7 in the appropriate thread no later than 11:59 p.m. PDT, May 14. Moderators then will pick ten of their favorites as finalists and set up a poll to allow you to vote on which of those finalists is the C7 Corvette of the Year in each of the above-referenced categories. The judging, of course, is subjective and will be heavily influenced by the quality of the photographs submitted for the entries.
In subsequent months, we’ll feature other generations for Corvette of the Year with the winner in each of those generations competing for Corvetteforum Corvette of the Year.
The fine print: One entry per member. This contest is open to site users over the age of 18 who own the car they enter. Cars which have previously won are not eligible. Entry photos must have been shot by the Corvette's owner except in the track car category where the Corvette has been photographed on the track while the owner was driving it.
