If I buy a C8, I will sell the C7. I need to see the C8 without camo.

My car was just built this last Thursday, I haven’t even taken delivery yet! I bought it because it’s the last front engine and manual for the foreseeable future.

The C7 is perfection, an absolute beauty. From what I've seen of the C8 in videos and renderings, something about it is just...wrong. I hope it looks better in person.
I am going to be in the market soon for a 2018 or 2019 C7 Z06. I know a lot of people think C7 prices are going to fall precipitously if the C8 is a hit, which would be good for me. But, I am worried late model C7s will actually see increased demand if the C8 is a bust, which will be bad for anyone wanting a low mileage Z06, like myself.

No plans to buy a C8. I like the C7 that I have. Perhaps 5-6 years down the line I'll consider a C8.

Ditto. Traded my 16 Z51 Coupe, 15,000 miles for a 19 GS Heritage Coupe, 0 miles. Have to see the C8 and give it a few years to work the warts out. That large of a redesign is bound to have a few glitches.

I typically purchase exceptional C2s- early C3s enjoy a while then sell. I test drove a C7 when I got frustrated not being able to find the '70 LT1 I wanted and was so impressed I decided to purchase one.
Having said that, I don't believe I will allow myself the luxury of purchasing two Corvettes that I will lose money on. So unless the C8 turns out to be a SUPER CAR, don't think one will be in the cards for me.

my wife wants a CORVETTE Coupe, so one more in addition to my vert. i mean A CORVETTE: a front engine, RWD, long and beautifully sculpted hood covering a big honkin v8 that can be seen in all it's glory when the hood is opened, 66-year legacy member of the greatest fraternity ever created.

Right now I'm still enamored of the C7. Will there ever be a C8 in my garage? I won't say never, but no plans to make a change right now. I have to admit, if I did make a change from the 2LT, Z51, it would be to a C7 Z06. I've been eye-balling them on line.

Right now I'm loving my '19 C7 ZO6 7M, so put me in the 'wait and see" category. Lack of a manual transmission option could be a deal breaker, but never say never.

I'm waiting for the C9 to come out. It will be a self driving car with no input from the passengers. I can't wait!

I wouldn't get much for my C7. I'll keep it. It has almost 97,000 trouble free miles on it. I wouldn't get much for it anyway. Best car I have ever owned performance wise and reliability wise. I'll want more horsepower than 500 to begin with. Maybe by the 3rd year of the C8 they'll have one with more HP and the bugs worked out. And anyone think the first model year or two won't have bugs? Were talking about a whole new platform, and I must say it's a new paradigm for GM. Since GM doesn't appear to care much about their customers you'll want to make sure they have this model nailed down. I'm just a sucker for Corvettes. I wouldn't go near one of their other products.
