This is one I took over the winter but just got around to tweeking. I really like how it turned out. Unfortunately if I blow it up to bigger than 8x10 it gets blurry.
Nice pic. About the "blurry". Did you use a camera or a phone? What is the file size of the pic?
Just used my phone. I’ve blown up pics from my iPhone before and have them on the wall, but I think because of what the app does to change the image, it distorts the detail. So for the ones I play around with, 8x10 will be as big as I can go.
You really should use a dedicated camera for pics you want to blow up. If you used the zoom capability of the phone camera, that really degrades the image resolution and maybe what you did with this picture. That's because the phone camera has it's best resolution without any zoom. The zoom function on a phone is a digital zoom that reduces the resolution of the captured photo. It's always recommended that if you use the phone camera to NOT use the zoom and use a photo editing program if you want to zoom into the image. Even that reduces resolution but not as much.
