Default 2019 oil cap for your Z51 or GS

Hey guys,

I think many of us are aware 0w-40 is the new oil that can be used in all C7 corvettes but ZR1's My 2018 oil cap still reads 5w-30 so I thought it would be sorta cool to have the 2019 oil cap. The GM number is Part Number: 12680708 and it can be had on amazon for 28 or GM parts direct for 14.

Mine is on order.

If you really want to go whole hog, figure out how to print a "2" after the word Dexos, and "ESP" somewhere.

But since the 2019 cap doesn't have them, we survive somehow.

Is there even a Mobil 1 oil cap available at all for the wet sump cars? Anyone have a part number for it?

IIRC the wet and dry sumps use different part numbers, but both are available.

They are. I bought one from CULTRAG. Sorry I don't have the part number. You can call Gene, he'll get you hooked up.

Please remind me which Corvettes are dry vs non-dry sump. I have a base Stingray. Am I wet/non-dry?
