NPP is a $1195 option. If you don't have it nothing to change the sound!
Easy to tell by looking at your exhaust pipes. NPP pipes are larger and has butterflies in the outer two pipes you can see from the end. When activated (always if you pull the fuse) it essentially bypasses the muffler. That is done with electric motors that control the 2 butterflies. No NPP. no butterflies no bypassing the muffler!

As stated, if you do not have the performance exhaust (NPP), pulling a fuse or anything else besides changing the exhaust is not going to change the sound.
